The shipment arrived exceptionally well packaged and I was impressed by the size of the veal shanks and lobster tails. But what was remarkable about the order was the attention to detail. The invoice had hand markings to confirm that the order was correct, and the lobster tails had markings with dates and confirmation that they were cold water sourced.
