My regular shrimp seller on amazon went out of business. But this seller seems that he will work out just fine. The shrimp came packaged great and the shrimp were frozen and loose in the bag not one large frozen clump. The family had these shrimp for dinner and everyone was happy with this purchase. We will be buying regularly from now on. Thanks RayThe soft shell crabs are jumbo and meaty. As stated they came cleaned. I prefer to simply sautee the crabs in butter, then add a touch of lemon juice when done. 5 minutes on their back to start then about 3 minutes belly down. When finished with these there will be another order. Nice to have in the winter in New Mexico. 5 Stars.Great Cuts of VealGreat Cuts of Veal There is nothing I like better to eat in the world than veal piccatta and I eat it at Trattoria Tricolouri restaurant on 47th street, one block from Times Square in NYC. They serve the best veal picatta the world.I wanted to try it at home but it is impossible to get veal in Oklahoma so I ordered these cutlets from North Carolina and they are delicious. My girlfriend is a chef and she told me she could prepare me a veal piccatta just as good as the Trattoria Tricoulori - and she was as good as her word. One caveat. You will receive 5# of veal when you order from Gourmet Foods of NC. This should come out to 20 each 4 oz cutlets but don't be surprised if you get 19 instead of 20 as I did twice. It just means that the cutlets are a little heavier than the 4 oz in the description. The best veal cutlets ever. Tender, juicy , and thin, the veal from Today Gourmet’s domestic veal makes the best “schnitzel”. Even our German friends rave about it. Much better than the Dutch veal we were ordering through a local vendor. Can’t wait to try TodayGourmet’s other products.Posted on Ebay0***012 October 2024No communication was required! I don't go anywhere else. Thank you Today Gourmet.I loved them. Best I can remember eating in my 80 years. I only wish is that they came individually sealed for freezing for home consumption. I used a vacuum sealer to do this, though I had to be careful not to overdo it, which would cause the sharp edges to pierce the sealing bag.Posted on Ebayb***a12 November 2021Thank you!!!!! Shipping was fast and well protected, the cost was a bit high, but understandable(and on par with most mail order purveyors do overall, the total price was well worth it. Rick Smith30 January 2025Outstanding Products and Service Lynn and Joe provide extraordinary customer service in addition to high quality products. Rick-Driggs Idaho.Posted on TrustindexKevin C6 February 2026Outstanding - With Great Attention to Detail This was my first time ordering from Today Gourmet and it won't be my last! Prices are comparable to competitors BUT they included free 2-day air shipping which costs $30-$60 or more at competitor sites. I ordered 12 lobster tails and 10 lbs of veal shanks (for Osso Bucco). The shipment arrived exceptionally well packaged and I was impressed by the size of the veal shanks and lobster tails. But what was remarkable about the order was the attention to detail. The invoice had hand markings to confirm that the order was correct, and the lobster tails had markings with dates and confirmation that they were cold water sourced. Such things give me high confidence that future orders will include quality products, that the orders will be correct, and that pricing will be competitive. I am seldom this impressed with a company, and I highly recommend them!Soft crab The soft shell crabs are huge as described and taste great I would recommend themI loved them.
